Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation had built 10 state-of-the art public toilets across the city on Local Self-Government Day last year. The public utility facilities were set up for the convenience of citizens with an eye on the tourist flow into the capital. But a year later, many have been found either closed or neglected and without maintenance. The Telegraph takes a look at five of these facilities.
