Bhubaneswar: A skill development programme will be launched as part of Gram Swaraj Abhiyan in all the districts from Saturday.

"It is a flagship programme where various programmes on livelihood and entrepreneurship for youths will be hosted ," said National Skill Development Corporation's official Jaykant Singh.

Programmes will be launched at block and state levels. The state-level programme will be organised on Habeli ground in Khurda, where Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan will be the chief guest. Similarly, Union minister Jual Oram is slated to join various block-level programmes in Sundargarh.

"We will involve many youths and women in this programme," said Singh.
