Bhubaneswar, Nov. 8: Actor Akash is all set to attract the young film viewers of the state with his stylish looks in the upcoming film Asibu Kebe Saji Mo Rani.

Already the film is in the news for actor Raimohan’s act similar to Sadashiv Amrapurkar role as Maharani in the Hindi film Sadak. The film has finished its post-production work and will be released soon.

“The story line of the film is full of suspense and thrill,” says director Manoranjan Pal.

“We have the story switching from the past to present and back to the past to create an effect of a suspense thriller,” said the debutante director.

In fact, most of the team has newcomers including actress Khushi Garvi, who hails from Mumbai, producer Anurag Sahoo and music director Gagan Bihari.

Actress Khushi would be seen in a double role, said a member of the film crew.

Shot amidst the greenery in the districts of Jajpur, Keonjhar and Paradip, the film took nearly two months for the shooting to be completed.

The post-production work was processed at the Prasad’s lab in Bhubaneswar and Chennai.

The film will be released on November 18, announced members of the production house for the film, Sukalpana Media World, on Sunday, at a special screening of the film.

Producer Sahoo said he was sure that the audience would appreciate the character played by Raimohan.

“Raimohan has played some of the most powerful villainous roles. But this is a role one must watch him in. He is playing a eunuch who rules the crime scene in the plot,” he said.

Chaitanya Behera and Ajay Samal have written the story and dialogues for the film.

Veterans Mihir das, Braja Singh, Bina Moharana and Akshay Bastia are playing important characters in the film. The music of the film was released in September.

The film has seven songs by renowned singers such as Udit Narayan, Suresh Wadekar, Md Aziz, Abhijit , Ira Mohanty, Shailabhama and Sadhana Sargam.

“I have created a vibrant and lively music to attract young viewers,” says Gagan Bihari. Panchanan Nayak has written most of the songs.
