Berhampur, Sept. 24: Surendra Mishra alias Sura, the self-proclaimed spiritual leader of the Trahi Achyuta Ashram at Jhiinti Sasan on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, and his son Trilochan Mishra were today produced before the sub-divisional judicial magistrate Chhatrapur in a land grabbing case.
Ganjam resident Mochiram Sahu filed a complaint with Chhatrapur police that Sura and Trilochan had grabbed his land worth Rs 26.84 lakh at Chhatrapur.
"I handed over Sura this land to get my mentally-challenged son cured. But, he could not do it, and I had to refer my son to a Bangalore hospital," Sahu said.
