People in Bhubaneswar were forced to do a bit of a workout on Thursday as wheels stopped and it was up to the trusted legs to take them from Point A to Point B. Most of those The Telegraph spoke to were not too happy with the extra legwork and bemoaned the uselessness of strikes that had brought them this unwelcome exercise.
