Five jan seva kendras have been opened in Bhubaneswar to provide residents with a range of utility services. Sources said 15 more such centres, under the aegis of the housing and urban development department, will open in Bhubaneswar over the next two months. Forget long queues, the hassle-free service takes only a few minutes

Pay trade licence fees & holding tax
Book tickets for OSRTC buses
Get birth and death certificates

Fast facts

Five kendras operate at Chandrasekharpur, Nayapalli, Unit-V, Mulapadia and Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation premises
Each kendra is managed by 2-3 persons employed by Odishaonline
Kendras open from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday
People can access these services online at www.odishaonline.gov.in
Around 50 people visit the kendras everyday
