Bhubaneswar: A 30-year-old motorcyclist was killed on Wednesday after being run over by a car, allegedly being driven by a senior government woman official of the Kendrapara district administration, on the NH-5 at Chatia Chowk in Badachana area. Deputy collector of Kendrapara Shivani Mohanty was driving to Bhubaneswar. The deceased was identified as 30-year-old Biswajit Mohapatra of Puri. Bhubaneswar: The state government is going to introduce emergency ambulance service soon. Chief minister Naveen Patnaik has accorded his approval to the proposed scheme. A total of 280 ambulances will be pressed into service in 15 districts in the first phase. Bhubaneswar: The IT department on Wednesday conducted a workshop on Electronics System Design Manufacturing in association with the India Semiconductor Association and the Software Technology Parks in India.
