Bhubaneswar: The technical education department has sought an explanation from Regional College of Management director Prabir Pal about sexual harassment charges brought forth by his former employee. It has also asked if the college had an internal complaint committee for disposing of such complaints. Pal pleaded not guilty and said it was a conspiracy by his rivals to malign his image.
