Cuttack: Police recovered the half-naked body of an unidentified 36-year-old woman from an abandoned thatched house at CDA on Thursday evening. Though the identity of the woman is yet to be ascertained, police suspect murder as the body bore multiple injuries. The body was found after a youth, who had sustained injuries on his tongue, sought help of local residents. The identity of the youth, who was admitted to hospital, is also yet to be ascertained. Bhubaneswar: The National Green Tribunal has imposed restrictions on construction on sea beach or buffer zone in Puri after getting information of a sewage line having been built there by the civic body. The tribunal ordered the Puri Municipality to show how the city's sewage is collected, handled and treated and whether there is any proposal to set up a plant there. Bhubaneswar: Criminals struck at an electronic store at Saheed Nagar and decamped with laptops, tablets and Rs 30,000 in cash on Wednesday night. The store's owner Raj Kishore Sahu pegged the market value of stolen assets at Rs 5 lakh. Police have started an investigation.
