Spirit of youngsters

The last week of March saw final-year degree students of various departments of THE BJB (Autonomous) College, Bhubaneswar, signing off in style during their farewell functions organised by their juniors.

On these uniform-free days, the campus resembled a fashion hub with girls transforming into style divas, dazzling in designer saris, salwar suits and Western outfits. The boys, too, were dressed to the T, with some of them looking dapper in formal suits while the others came in ethnic wear.

As the outgoing students partied for the last time, the juniors made sure it was a memory to cherish by organising fun events. The occasion was filled with fun, music and had a fair share of nostalgia as well. The seniors used this opportunity to share fond memories from the three years of campus life.

“It is our last campus bash and we had the time of our life. Our batch was lucky to have had such wonderful juniors and we would thank them for hosting this farewell party for us,” said Niloufer Hakim, a final-year student of English.
