Bhubaneswar: Activists of Lulu Sena pelted eggs at the ESI Hospital on Sunday alleging poor health services and acute shortage of doctors. According to the protesters, condition of those admitted is deteriorating instead of showing signs of improvement due to non-availability of proper health care services at the hospital.

Honour for poet

Sambalpur: Hindi poet Leeladhar Jagoori would be honoured with Gangadhar National Award. The award would be presented to Jagoori by Sambalpur University in January next year.

Biker killed

Jharsuguda:  A biker died as a speeding truck hit his bike at Chhatriakanta near Jharsuguda at 11.50am on Sunday.
