Cease work Robbers held Rain spoiler

Bhubaneswar: Health care service in the outpatient ward of the Athagarh Sub-divisional Hospital got disrupted on Monday as physicians staged a cease work, protesting against the assault on a doctor by two youths. The youths thrashed doctor Chandan Gadnayak following an argument. The doctor later filed a complaint at Athagarh police
station.

Robbers held

Bhubaneswar: Police in Sundargarh district arrested five robbers on Monday. They were held in connection with a dacoity at Kusamundai. The police seized Rs 2 lakh, two motorcycles and four
mobile phones from their possession.

Rain spoiler

Bhubaneswar: Incessant rain for two hours played spoilsport for visitors thronging Puja pandals on Monday. People were seen taking shelter at different parts of the city, mainly near the Puja mandaps. The rain continued till late in the evening.
