Cuttack: Authorities of the Ravenshaw University on Monday formed a fact-finding committee to conduct an internal inquiry into the alleged harassment and mental torture levelled by two women faculty members of the varsity. A lecturer in the Hindi department, Anjuman Ara, had reported various forms of harassments by her colleagues. Ravenshaw officials, of the other hand, said that so far the varsity had not received any specific sexual abuse or harassment allegation against anyone. "We have formed a three-member committee headed by chairperson of the Council of Deans Smarapriya Mishra, to collect information about the allegations brought by women faculty members," said vice-chancellor Prakash Chandra Sarangi.
