Barman to lead U-19s

Guwahati: Bhaskar Jyoti Barman will lead a 14-member Assam squad in their Cooch Behar Trophy (under-19) elite group three-day opener against Baroda in Pune from December 13.

Guwahati: Gauhati High Court Bar Association registered a 22-run victory over the IIT, Guwahati, in the inaugural match of Ankurjyoti Club?s Kamala Kanta Ojha inter-club cricket tournament here on Sunday. The lawyers posted 179 for seven and bundled out the rivals for 158 in 28 overs.
