Dibrugarh: The match between Oil India Limited Football Club (OIL-FC) and JCB Bhilai Brothers of the ONGC Second Division I-League at Tinsukia District Sports Association Stadium on Wednesday ended in a goalless draw. There is no match on Thursday. On Friday Mumbai United will face JCB Bhilai Brothers in Tinsukia while NISA, Manipur will clash with Arhima, Shillong.

Guwahati: Nagaon set up a final clash with home side Guwahati in the Nuruddin Ahmed Trophy senior inter-district cricket elite group tournament at Nehru Stadium here from April 2 to 5. Nagaon on Wednesday called the toss of coin right after play was abandoned because of inclement weather on the last day of the four-day match. Nagaon were all out for 245 in the first innings and NF Railway were 32 for two on Tuesday when play was suspended.

Imphal: Altogether 15 weightlifters have been named to represent Manipur in the 75th Men’s and19th Women’s Eastern India Weightlifting Championship to be held here from April 7. Squad: M. Menjor, L.
