Secret of chimneys

Faber Heatkraft Industries Ltd, in a joint venture with FABER SPA of Italy, has introduced new electric kitchen chimneys in the Northeast market. Manufactured with world-patented technology, and specially designed to suit oily Indian cooking, the stainless steel chimneys have a unique structural design and curves and cup-like strips. Oil and heavy grease particles thus get trapped at the bottom, while hot oil vapour condenses and deposits in the next curve and “sucks up everything like a tornado”.

Since it is hollow it can be washed easily, and also ensure 100 per cent non-clogging and easy maintenance. Its “easy-cube” revolutionary motor ensures a lifetime of easy dismantling and servicing and substantially higher extraction levels and significant reduction in noise levels.
