Mangaldoi, May 5: Haji Imam Ali, 50, died while six others were injured in a clash between two groups at Dhoriakhati Chapori in Darrang district today. Police said the clash broke out over a land dispute. Udalguri: Cheques worth Rs 16 lakh were distributed to the victims of man-elephant conflict at Nemari in Udalguri district on Wednesday.
