Calcutta, Sept. 10: The Meghalaya Students? Association, Calcutta, will organise its ?First Social-cum-Freshers? Meet-2004? at Meghalaya House, 120 Shanti Pali, R.B. Connector, Kasba, Calcutta on Saturday.

Meghalaya urban affairs minister Friday Lyngdoh will be the chief guest, while MLA Sengman R. Marak will be the guest of honour.

The highlights of the one-day programme will be an ?Elvis Nite?, a fashion show, songs by Gracyl Ropmay (Shakira) and a skits and advertisement show. A souvenir will be released on the occasion, a release signed by general secretary of the association Roland Wahlang and president Pherliam Sumer said.
