Guwahati, Sept. 24: Shillong Lajong FC today edged past Langsning SC 2-0 in a Shillong Premier League football tournament at Polo ground in Shillong.

Lajong scored the first goal of the match in the 18th minute courtesy a shot from outside the box by Redeem Tlang, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance to make a save. In the 64th minute, Lalramuana found his name on the scoresheet with an easy tap in goal off a shot from Bipin.

With this win, Lajong remain undefeated and have earned 16 points from six matches and will play their next match against Malki SC on October 1.
