Shillong, June 12: Samuel Lalmuanpuia had a game to remember having scored four goals on the way to Shillong Lajong's 7-0 hammering of Laitumkhrah in a thoroughly one-sided under-19 Shillong Premier League match here on Friday.

Lalmuanpuia's strikes came in the 31st, 44th, 81st and 88th minutes and he has now become the lead scorer of the competition with five goals to his name.

Hardy Cliff Nongbri (sixth, 16th) opened Lajong's account, with Sheen Sohktung scoring in the 36th minute. This proved to be the highest margin of victory in the 11 fixtures of the Under-19 league so far.

Laitumkhrah look like the whipping boys of this year's tournament, having scored just one goal in their three fixtures, while conceding 15.
