Tezpur Book Fair

Tezpur Book Fair at Nehru Maidan from 10am. Students to take out a procession to popularise books at 1pm and a discussion on popularisation of science from 5pm.

EMRI Mrityunjoy 108 ambulance service will be launched on the office premises of the joint director of health services in Sivasagar at 1.30pm.

Film fest

International film festival organised by Cine Art Society Assam at Rabindra Bhawan in Guwahati. Films to be screened are Man Push Cart (English) at 10.30am, Black Friday (English) at 2.30pm, 6ixtynin9 (Thai) at 5.30pm and Happy Together (Spanish) at 8pm.

Exhibition

Khadi Expo 2009, a state-level khadi exhibition, at Jubilee Ground, Tezu, in Arunachal Pradesh, from 10am.

Dance

Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra will start distributing application forms for the forthcoming Bihu dance-training workshop from April 4 to 10. Interested participants can collect the forms from the kalakshetra premises from 10am.
