Guwahati, Jan. 29: DY365 stormed in to the semi-finals of the T.G. Baruah Media T20 Cricket Tournament defeating Janasadharan by eight wickets in the fourth quarter-final at the Judges Field here today.

Electing to bat, Janasadharan could only manage 96 runs before being bundled out in 18.3 overs.

Abuddin Khan topscored for his side with 31 runs off 27 deliveries while Mintu Sarkar and Dines Das chipped in with 10 runs each. Binoy Kalita was the wrecker-in-chief with five wickets in his kitty for 13 runs in four overs while Gunamoni Das scalped two wickets conceding 15 runs in his quota of overs.

In reply, DY365 eased past the target losing two wickets in 10.5 overs. Rajib Borah remained unbeaten on 29 runs off 28 balls while Robin Das scored 26 runs off 20 deliveries. Binoy Kalita was the other notable contributor with 19 runs off 17 balls.

Biswajit Deka scalped one wicket for 16 runs in two overs. Binoy Kalita was adjudged the Man of the Match.
