ANA MATIN CRICKET

Guwahati, May 25: Dimapur Cricket Academy have made it to the final of the 2nd Ana Matin All-India under-14 and under-17 cricket tournament, organised by Noonmati Cricket Academy at Judges Field here today.

In the truncated first semi-final, Dimapur defeated River Rine Cricket Coaching Centre by 15 runs. Opting to bat first, Dimapur made 71 for seven in 10 overs. Hidayatullah topscored with 32 off 24 balls. For River Rine, Abhijeet Das bagged two wickets. In reply, River Rine made 56 for six in 10 overs. Bokul Rabha made 18. For Dimapur, Deepak Chetri and Bittu Shekawat bagged two wickets each.

Earlier, City Cricket Coaching Centre outplayed Kolkata Cricket Academy by 41 runs. City posted 91 for three in eight overs. The Calcutta team made 50 for four.
