An accidental firing from the gun of a personal security officer of former Assam minister Rashidul Haque at a hotel in Silpukhuri, created panic on Friday.olice have detained the security officer, Dibanta Bordoloi, who was in an inebriated condition, for questioning at Chandmari police station.
