Guwahati, June 29: Sixteen lucky school students from the Northeast will live every Indian chessplayer?s dream tomorrow: across the board from them will be Grandmaster Viswanathan Anand.
Anand, the world rapid chess champion and Chess Oscar awardee will be in town to inaugurate the NIIT Mind Champions? Academy National School Chess Tournament at 12.30 pm tomorrow at the Don Bosco auditorium here.

Altogether 32 players ? one each from schools where NIIT has been providing information and technology education in the Northeast for the last three years ? will participate in the daylong meet. Of these, the top 16 players will play a game each against Anand. The five-round Swiss league tournament, that will get under way from 8 am, will be supervised by Indian national coach Arjun Singh.
Chief minister Tarun Gogoi will be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony. Minister of state for planning and development, finance and Guwahati development department Himanta Biswa Sarma, will also attend the inauguration.
Weightlifting camp
The Assam Weightlifting Association will organise a 15-day third phase coaching camp for 33rd National Games at SAI Newfield here from Friday.
