The building was inaugurated on November 25, 2022, on the eve of Constitution Day, also known as ‘National Law Day’ which is celebrated on November 26 to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On November 26, 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted to the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on January 26, 1950
