Recruitment policy for management trainees

We prefer to take candidates from the GST education centre. At times, we also visit various campuses.

Mid-career recruitment

It is usually done through employee referrals, newspaper advertisements and recruitment firms.

Terms

The minimum age is 18 years and the age of retirement is set at 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are posted at and transferred to our three main offices in Calcutta, Gurgaon and the US, depending on our requirement.
