Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees, with special preference being given to candidates who have done their MBA in HR or marketing, mostly through campus interviews.

Mid-career recruitment

We advertise in the jobs section of newspapers and at times also take the help of placement consultants.

Terms

We have a standard fixed annual package at every level. We generally recruit on a permanent basis and our retirement age is 55 years. Contractual appointment is usually only for part-time associates.
