Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees through campus placement for positions in marketing, product management and corporate sales. We also visit various MBA institutes.

Mid-career recruitment

For lateral positions, we use our portal Naukri.com and have an attractive employee referral scheme too. We do not advertise in newspapers. Recruitment at this stage is also done from premier institutes like IIM-A, IIM-B, and ISB.

Terms

Our retirement age is 58. Normally, we do not have a contractual system.

Postings/ transfers

Though our head office is in Noida, we have sales offices in 61 locations and depending upon the requirement, hiring is done for that particular business or location. We do job rotation, and transfer employees from one vertical to another as per business needs.
