We generally recruit marketing personnel from management institutes in Calcutta, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar and Ranchi.

Mid-career recruitment

We recruit people with relevant experience in the financial services. We advertise in newspapers, take the help of recruitment consultants and hire people on reference.

Terms

In eastern India we have 92 offices across Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhatisgarh, Orissa, Sikkim and the northeast. Employees might be transferred from one group company or branch to another.

Postings/ transfers

The retirement age is 58. We do not have a contractual system of recruitment.

Special facilities

We don’t offer any special facility as such but the work atmosphere is both amiable and professional and is conducive to one’s career growth.
