Recruitment policy for executives

We recruit graduates and postgraduates through advertisements, walk-ins, placement consultants, the company website and internal referrals for banking, financial services, insurance and utilities processes.

Mid-career recruitment

Placement consultants, the company website and employee referrals are mainly used to hire experienced professionals such as MBAs, CAs, CFAs and six sigma black belts.

Terms

Employees have to spend six months on probation before getting confirmed. Retirement is at 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

We operate from four delivery centres in Noida and one in Pune. Our corporate headquarters are in the US and the marketing and relationship office is in the UK. Employees may join either of the locations in India and may be transferred to any location/ country.
