We use a combination of advertisements, placement consultants and our referral programme.

Terms

Our terms of employment are general. We have a probation of six months. Our retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

We have development centres in Bangalore, Calcutta and Singapore. Our sales offices are located in Singapore, USA, UK and UAE. Software engineers are posted at our development centers in Bangalore or Calcutta. We also recruit from India for our development centre at Singapore.

Special facilities

For employees at the project lead level and above, stock options are offered.
