XAT 2022: Registration begins, online test on January 2

Registration for Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT- 2022), the entrance exam that one needs to crack to seek admission in premier B-school XLRI began on Tuesday.

“XAT will be held online on January 2 (Sunday), 2022,” announced the B-school today.

The last date to apply or get registered is November 30, 2021. The duration of the online test will be three hours.

The B-school has been conducting XAT exam for more than 70 years at all India level to select the most appropriate students for management studies.

XAT 2022 will accept applications for XLRI-Jamshedpur as well as XLRI’s new campus at Delhi-NCR.

A candidate can choose two preferred cities to take the test.

The XAT score is used by more than 160 institutes for admission process.

Notably, XAT, despite being one of the oldest competitive examinations in the country, has always kept pace with cutting-edge testing methodology.

XAT’s multi-dimensional testing framework strives to assess the aptitude of candidates for business management education meaningfully.

“XAT has a multi-pronged examination structure and in-built fairness to evaluate candidates aspiring to be future business leaders,” said an XLRI official

XAT-2022 would be conducted across various Indian cities.

Among them are Agra, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad City (Maharashtra), Allahabad, Ambala, Amravati, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Berhampur, Bhatinda, Bhilai Nagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bokaro Steel City, Chandigarh/Mohali, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi-NCR, Dhanbad, Dibrugarh, Durgapur, Asansol, Ernakulam, Gandhinagar, Goa, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hooghly, Hubli, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Kannur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kota, Kottayam, Kurnool, Kurukshetra, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Mysore, Nagpur, Nashik, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Rajahmundry, Ranchi, Roorkee, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Siliguri, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram Tiruchirappalli, Tirupathi, Tiruvallur, Udaipur, Udupi Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Warangal.
