Jamshedpur, Jan. 30: Team India pacer Varun Aaron and Jharkhand's star batsman Saurabh Tiwary are getting married next month.
Varun's wedding, with childhood friend Ragini Singh, will be solemnised at St Mary's Church in Bistupur on February 4 while Saurabh will tie the knot with Nikita Mishra at the United Club on February 25 in the steel city.
The former's reception will be held in the same evening at Tube Makers' Club in Nildih while Tiwary has also chosen the same venue for his wedding party on February 26.
Ragini's father A.P. Singh, deputy general manager (corporate communications and customer relations), Jusco, confirmed about the wedding. "Varun has sent invitations to his colleagues in the Indian team as well as functionaries of the BCCI. But who all are coming to Jamshedpur is yet to be confirmed," he told The Telegraph.
Invitations have also been sent to office bearers of Jharkhand State Cricket Association and Varun's state Ranji teammates. Varun captained Jharkhand in the 2015-16 season.
Though the speedster could not be contacted but sources close to him said Varun was excited and busy preparing for the wedding. "Preparations are almost complete," a source revealed.
Due to his wedding, Varun will not play in the Ranji quarter-finals against Mumbai beginning in Bangalore from February 3.
