Shilpa, it seems, has taken to playing daring roles only. No more playing second fiddle to the heroes. In Khamoshh she plays a prostitute and has also gone down south and almost finished a Kannada film, Auto Shankar, where she plays a finance shark who exploits poor slum-dwellers. She teams up with Upendra, and the film is directed by D. Rajendra Babu and produced by Ramu Films that has given a series of hits last year. Looks like Shilpa is on her way, guys!
