Judging by the freshly released trailer, Heartstopper’s second season seems ready to up the tempo with even more feels. From the start of the clip, the show feels more mature, as if it has switched gears since we last saw the characters. Our fave couple Nick (Kit Connor) and Charlie (Joe Locke) seem utterly in love, but there are a few hiccups. While the former grapples with coming out of the closet, the latter’s ex-boyfriend is still creating roadblocks in their romance. The supporting characters are also teased to have more fleshed out arcs this time around, but the big development everyone is waiting for is the school trip to Paris. The wholesome vibes begin on August 3!
