Yuva
Hombale Films announced the title of its upcoming Kannada-language crime action film Yuva on Friday. Written and directed by Santhosh Ananddram, the film marks the debut of Yuva Rajkumar.
The one-minute-15-second-long video, backed by an energetic track by Ajneesh B Lokanath, gives us glimpses of a lawless place where a young man rules several gangs. We also see Yuva’s character beating up people with a rod.
Yuva will arrive in theatres on December 22.

Florida Man
Netflix has dropped the official teaser of its upcoming limited series Florida Man. Created by Donald Todd, it stars Édgar Ramírez in the lead role alongside Anthony LaPaglia, Abbey Lee, Otmara Marrero, Lex Scott Davis, Emory Cohen and Isaiah Johnson.
The one-minute-13-second long teaser follows a struggling ex-cop (Ramírez) who is forced to return to his home state of Florida to find a Philly mobster’s runaway girlfriend.
Florida Man will be streaming on Netflix from April 13.

Nirangal Moondru
The official trailer of the upcoming Tamil-language crime comedy film Nirangal Moondru was released by the makers on Friday late night. Written and directed by Karthick Naren, the film stars Atharvaa, Sarath Kumar and Rahman in lead roles.
The two-minute-32-second-long trailer opens with a narrator smoking a joint. He talks about three characters — an aspiring filmmaker, a police officer and a professor who have their own complicated stories but are connected by twists and turns of fate.

Pathu Thala
Sony Music South on Friday dropped the official teaser of the upcoming Tamil-language crime thriller Pathu Thala. Helmed by Obeli. N. Krishna, the film stars Silambarasan TR, Gautham Karthik, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Kalaiyarasan, Teejay Arunasalamm and Anu Sithara among others.
In the one-minute-37-second long teaser, we are introduced to a world filled with criminals and greedy politicians. The teaser shows us a glimpse of the power struggle of the film and introduces all the main characters of the film. It also provides us with the menace of the protagonist played by Silambarasan TR.
Pathu Thala will hit cinemas on March 30.
