TV actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi dies of heart attack

Television actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi, also known as Anand Suryavanshi, died after suffering a heart attack on Friday. The 46 year-old actor reportedly collapsed during a workout session at a gym.

Siddhaanth was well known for his roles in popular television shows Kkusum, Waaris and Suryaputra Karn. He was last seen on the Sony SAB show Ziddi Dil Maane Na. He had previously worked on the Zee TV show Kyun Rishton Main Katti Batti opposite Neha Marda.

Cricketer-turned-actor Salil Ankola mourned the loss of the actor and shared an Instagram post. “Gone too soon Rest in peace my friend @_siddhaanth_ No words to express my grief 💔,” he wrote.

Siddhaanth had started his career as a model and made his television debut in the 2001 Sony Entertainment Television show Kkusum. He is survived by his wife Alesia Raut and two children.
