On the menu: Start with colourful mocktails or Eggnog while munching on Chicken wings with Jamaican Jerk, Fish Souvlaki, Stuffed Baby Potato with Chilli Jaggery Compote and Tandoori Paneer Roulade for starters. Pick from Tossed Salads with Fresh Leafy Greens, Carrot and Raisins Salad or Smoked Salmon Gravlax. The main course features Hand-carved British Turkey, Lamb Curry, Pan-seared Sea Bass with Cilantro Butter Emulsions, Swiss Veg Hot Pot and Seasoned Vegetables in Cream de Epinard. For desserts, go for classics like Christmas Pudding and Blueberry Cheesecake with ice cream of your choice.

For the main course, choose from Pan-fried Fish Fillets, Slow-cooked Lamb Shank with roasted roots or Roast Turkey. Vegetarians can try Open Ravioli with squash and mushroom, Fried Zucchini with mozzarella ratatouille. Wrap up with Christmas Plum pudding with brandy sauce, Walnut Pie served with bourbon whipped cream and Chocolate Truffle. A glass of wine comes complimentary with the meal.

On the menu: From a special high tea menu for two or for a group of four and six, to a la carte options of soup and pasta, there’s a lot to choose from. The high tea includes muffins, dragon rolls, sandwiches — cucumber, mini chicken and deep-fried chicken, and of course tea. You can choose from Leek Potato, Chicken Rice Noodle Soup and Khao Suey or go for your choice of pasta with spinach, tomato basil pesto or honey creamy sauce.

On the menu: Enjoy Vol au Vent (light pastry shells filled with creamy mushroom ragout) and French Ratatouille, along with Croute Melange platter which includes toasted French bread served with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella, or strawberry and feta, or mushroom duxelle.

The main course features Provence with Gratin d’Aubergine a la Provencale (oven roasted aubergine baked with grated cheese) and Quenelle a la Semoule (oval-shaped semolina-Emmental cheese dumplings).
