The Brickwood pizzeria adds pizzazz

Brickwood might have just turned one, but the journey has only begun. The quaint little pizzeria on Wood Street that made a mark with thin-crust wood-fired pizzas has recently expanded its menu. While the pizzas remain the hero of Brickwood, the menu now has a star-studded cast from salads to burgers to beverages. The menu also includes a new category called ‘Carne’ with the tag line “All meat. No fuss” that features Chicken Steak and Lamb Meatballs.

Brickwood might have just turned one, but the journey has only begun. The quaint little pizzeria on Wood Street that made a mark with thin-crust wood-fired pizzas has recently expanded its menu. While the pizzas remain the hero of Brickwood, the menu now has a star-studded cast from salads to burgers to beverages. The menu also includes a new category called ‘Carne’ with the tag line “All meat. No fuss” that features Chicken Steak and Lamb Meatballs.

“We’ve had soups and pastas before but now we also have burgers, which are sure to be popular. But the main attraction of Brickwood will always be the wood-fire oven. Most of the dishes on the menu are made in it, including our bread and desserts,” said partner Shashank Arora.

While our first love still remains the pizza and the hot chocolate, here’s what t2 munched on and liked.
