What: t2 Festopolis 2016

Where: Acropolis mall in Kasba

When: Noon onwards

Expect: It’s the second day of the first edition of t2 Festopolis, an inter-college fest held under one roof. Saturday will see the prelims of Band Hunt, a competition to find the best campus band, a western solo vocal contest named Sing Alone, and Fashionopolis, a fashion show. Don’t miss your chance to bring glory to your campus.

CHHOTA BHEEM

What: Celebration with Chhota Bheem, in association with t2

Where: City Centre New Town

When: August 27-28, noon onwards

Expect: Chhota Bheem and his friends Chutki, Raju, Jaggu and Rajkumari Indumati will bring the adventures of Dholakpur to town. You get a chance to shake a leg and click pictures with them. Kalia, Dholu and Bholu will also be there. Have fun with the gang and play tortoise race, musical chair, tug of war, laddoo-catching and more.

Organiser speak: “It’s once again time for kids to meet their best pals from the Dholakpur gang. Hope they all have fun,” said Ramesh Pandey, GM (marketing and events), Ambuja Neotia Group.

What: 10th Kolkata Darts League in association with The Telegraph

Where: Dalhousie Institute

When: 6.30pm onwards

Aim it right: The ongoing one-and-half-month-long inter-club darts competition is proving to be quite a tough fight for the eight participating clubs. Today, DI will play both The Lake Club and CC&FC.
