t2 talk

You, the t2 reader, on Calcutta girl running into her ex's current gf

TT Bureau Published 14.06.15, 12:00 AM

The story’s third part is interesting, even more than the description of the action between the sheets that was narrated previously. Maybe the readers (including me) expected a catfight between Calcutta Girl and her ex-husband’s mistress. But then I pondered. It was actually good on her part that she didn’t indulge in any verbal abuse with the mistress. It was natural for her to get uncomfortable in the presence of the woman who has now taken her place, both in her bed and in her ex-husband’s mind (not heart, of course, because that man doesn’t have one!).

So, the next time Calcutta Girl meets the mistress, I want her to thank the mistress. This is because if the mistress would not have broken into their lives, Calcutta Girl would have never known what a big ass**** her ex-husband was. And if she wants she can add another line too, asking her to be cautious enough to take note that a moment can arrive when the mistress would get replaced by someone else (and smirks!).

With her friends around (and if the dance classes continue), Calcutta Girl will be able to find a new dimension in her life. As the proverb goes and is apt for her: It’s better late than never. Isn’t? ;-)

(What should Calcutta Girl do if she runs into her husband’s current girlfriend again? June 7).

The only thing that Calcutta Girl should now do is ignore her husband’s current girlfriend. Her husband is now a dreadful past. A chapter that is closed in her life forever. Everything related to him needs to go. At the same time, her feelings and her reactions are quite normal for any girl. But she needs to understand that she has to be strong and move ahead in life. :)

I think the next time Calcutta Girl bumps into her husband’s current girlfriend, she should act cordial. It will irk the girlfriend all the more actually. Calcutta Girl should show that she is happy with her life and cares the least about her husband’s life. By doing this silently she will be able to take her revenge, as I believe that nothing works better than silent treatment.

Well, on a direct note, she should avoid that lady. Just a “hi” should be enough. Even if the lady tries to raise the topic of her relationship with our gal’s ex-husband again, our Calcutta Girl should just smile and walk away. As the saying goes: A smile is the greatest weapon for your enemy, it confuses them! ;-)

My dear Calcutta Girl, I know seeing your ex’s present girl is quite nerve-racking. And to top that she really has the guts to get into casual conversation with you! She should have just left at the sight of your silhouette. But naah... she didn’t. So, why should you? Go ahead and enjoy your zumba classes. Try new things in life. And if you face her again, go to her and talk in the most pleasant manner. Don’t forget that she has taken away what was once yours. Show her that you are no more depressed and sad. And make her feel that it’s she who should be embarrassed for her deed, not you. Be calm and composed and this may drive her crazy and make her feel guilty. Go girl, make her head swirl.

Well, confronting your husband’s current girlfriend is really not a cool thing but playing it cool is the way to go. Totally ignoring the fact that you really care and are broken from inside, show her that you are happy in your life and now way out of your husband’s league... she can keep our old husband! To be true, Calcutta girls never care about such things for too long. They hold their head high and move on, finding their own happiness.
