Made essentially using the superfood quinoa as a base ingredient, this menu is an apt fit for those who want to eat out without being guilt-ridden for cheating on their diet. And even if you’re not a health freak, the variety of flavours on this menu is reason enough to give it a try!

Whoever said burgers are sinful didn’t try this crunchy Chickpeas and Quinoa Burger (390 calories) that has a wholesome patty made with quinoa and chickpeas, served with multigrain buns, along with house salad, fries and a tangy dip. @Rs 299-plus. If you want to add steamed chicken to the patty, pay an extra Rs 45 (445 calories).
If you’re someone who loves pasta but dreads that extra helping due to the fear of flour-laden calories, fret not. The Quinoa and Semolina Pastas (200-325 calories) are here. t2 tried the Aglio Olio (200 calories) version, and the wholesome flavour is something that will make you want a second helping. Other options include Alfredo (325 calories), Pesto (278 calories) and Arabiatta (250 calories). All pastas are priced at Rs 475-plus. Add-on of chicken comes for an extra Rs 45.
At 225 calories, the Zesty Chicken Quinoa Salad is a steal. Paired with tangy lemon vinaigrette, the salad has the perfect smoothness of steamed chicken, and the yummy crunch of quinoa mixed with bell pepper on a bed of fresh lettuce. Salad lovers rejoice! @Rs 350-plus. Vegetarians can try the Cucumber Quinoa Salad (185 calories) @Rs 325.
