His films may not be making any news, but their posters sure do. Months after releasing a poster of the naked silhouettes of a man and woman for his upcoming film XES (yes, ‘sex’ spelt backwards), Ram Gopal Varma has done it again with the poster of his new Telugu film Savitri. The poster (left), that shows a young boy staring at the belly button of a woman in a red sari, has women and child’s rights groups seeing red and labelliing the poster “vulgar” and “in violation of child rights”.

An unfazed RGV — who explored the relationship between a 16-year-old and a man old enough to be her father in the Amitabh Bachchan-Jiah Khan starrer Nishabd — has released a note saying: “Who is your Savitri? Please share the experiences of such Savitris, so we would incorporate them in this movie. So, Get Lucky with Savitri.”

One last fling

Love her or hate her, Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) looks set to return for the third time in the film version of Sex And The City. And Jennifer Hudson, who played Carrie’s assistant Louise in the first film, says the wheels are in motion. “I think it might be [happening]. Somebody just came to me talking about that. So, if it’s in the talks, it might happen. So look for it. Look for Louise from St. Louis,” the singer-actress has told Dish Nation. The three-quel talk crops up weeks after Sarah Jessica Parker said there is still “one last chapter to tell”.

C’mon, we’ve always wanted to know how a sex scene is shot in Hollywood. A behind-the-scene sequence involving Brooklyn Decker and Patrick Wilson has been released to promote Stretch, by Joe Carnahan. The clip shows the two trying to get comfortable before just doing it. First, some loud music is played and then all the hot-and-sticky action happens. Done and wiped, the director says, “Nice! That was great! Do another one like that and we got it, I swear to god. That was a lot of f***ing. Great f***ing!” On cue, Brooklyn and Patrick get ready for round two… after being sprayed with an aerosol can!
