Salman Khan is likely to replace Karan Johar as the anchor of Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, set to stream on the JioCinema app from June, indicates a 30-second video dropped by the streamer.
Bigg Boss OTT is a spin-off of the Salman Khan-hosted popular reality TV show Bigg Boss.
JioCinema recently posted this video clip, which also features snapshots from previous seasons of Bigg Boss, on YouTube. “June mein cricket ka khel khatam, par entertainment ka nahi. One movie premiere, every week. New episodes everyday. 365 days of reality. All coming to you on #JioCinema for free... ab bas Dekhta Ja India,” the streamer wrote in the description.
According to reports, Salman Khan has already shot a promotional video for Bigg Boss OTT Season 2. The promo will also feature singer Raftaar. A poster of the upcoming season, featuring the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan actor, also went viral on social media.
The first season of Bigg Boss OTT had streamed on the Voot app in 2021. Unlike the television show, the OTT version had only 10 contestants who were locked up in the Bigg Boss house for six weeks. The daily activities of the celebrity contestants were live streamed 24X7 on the Voot app. Divya Agarwal had emerged as the winner of the first season of Bigg Boss OTT.
