The theme: “This year’s theme is the red hibiscus. This flower is offered to both Goddesses Kali and Durga. The structure of the pandal is like a hibiscus flower. And there are lots of flowers inside the pandal,” said Rana Dasgupta, general secretary, Santoshpur Lake Pally.

“I am really amazed at their performance. You can well imagine what enthusiasm and zest they have for winning the PPL,” said Rimjhim

Rooting for Santoshpur Lake Pally is: Rimjhim Mitra. “I was not really expecting such grandeur! And they put up a beautiful dance performance with just two days’ preparation. I am honoured and proud to be their brand ambassador. I stay in Dhakuria and Santoshpur Lake Pally is almost like my neighbour. This puja is happening on a very busy road and it is quite a challenge to manage everything but they’re doing it very well,” said the actress.
