The makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule dropped a new character poster of Rashmika Mandanna’s Srivalli on the actress’s 28th birthday on Friday.
“Wishing the nation’s heartthrob 'Srivalli' aka @rashmika_mandanna a very Happy Birthday,” production banner Mythri Movie Makers wrote alongside the poster shared on Instagram.
The close-shot poster features Rashmika in a green silk sari and heavy gold jewellery. Black kohl eyes, a red bindi and sindoor completed her look. She performs a Bharatnatyam mudra with her fingers and brings it close to her right eye, probably in the midst of a classical dance performance.
On Tuesday, Mythri Movie Makers had announced that the teaser of Pushpa 2: The Rule will be released on April 8 to mark Allu Arjun’s birthday.
Pushpa 2: The Rule, a sequel to the Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa: The Rise, is slated to release in theatres on August 15. The movie helmed by Sukumar also features Fahadh Faasil in a key role.
