Poke-Update

Where did all the Pokemon Go?
We all want to catch ’em all, but where are they?! It’s been a week and there’s absolutely no sign of any Pokemon,
PokeStop or Gyms on the map in India! #PokemonDon’tGo
But how are some trainers still playing?
They’re using VPN (Virtual Private Networks) services to change their locations. In layman’s terms, they are faking their GPS. It might sound cool at the moment, but there’s a chance they’ll be banned from playing the
game if and when the game officially launches in India.
Did we say launch? Yes, we did!
The game has been geo-blocked in India and this is exactly what happened in each of the 37 countries before it was launched. According to reports online, Niantic is working on servers in India. If all goes according to plan, August could see the game’s launch in India. #FingersCrossed

Why Pokemon Go is a lot more than just catching Pokemon...
It’s the new Fitbit
One of us, who usually struggles to get out of bed to fetch a bottle of water from the next room, walked 10km just to hatch an egg!
It’s the new Candy Crush
Just when we had all gotten bored of Candy Crush and needed something new to help us pass time during boring lectures or crazy traffic, Pokemon Go gave us a lifeline.
It’s the new Facebook
Pokemon Go is now connecting more people than Facebook did. Ever since we started playing, we’ve been bumping into old friends while trying to capture Pokemon in few of the popular spots in the city. There are also apps like RazerGo through which one can connect with other trainers in their area.
It’s the new Tinder
“Do you have a Pikachu?” is the pick-up line of the moment. The app now has more users than Tinder. And if you want a bit of both worlds, there are apps like PokeMatch and Dine, which provide Pokemon and Love on the same platform.
It also has Pikachu in it
Well, just looking at that cute little yellow ball of happiness should make your day!
