She loves the rains. And she likes to keep it quiet and fun when she is vacationing on her own. That’s what actress Parno Mittra did last month at Raichak on Ganges, making the most of her Monsoon Magic stay at the idyllic getaway, 52km from Calcutta. 

The mood was just right for a day by the pool. “This is my happy pill... having a good time on my own with some good food. When I am on a holiday alone, I like to switch off the phone, listen to music and read a book. With friends, of course, I love to party by the pool,” said the Happy Pill actress, who had put up at the Anaya Spa Duplex Villa.

A dark mass of clouds gave way to some sunshine and Parno enjoyed the afternoon sun. “It’s a very relaxing and rare outing, so laid-back. The reception was warm... I loved the scenic beauty. It’s a nice getaway, quiet and pretty and not too far from the city,” she said.
