What: Christmas Carnival at The Space Circle Club, in association with The Telegraph
When: December 25, 3pm to 9.30pm
What to expect: A day of family fun. A grand carnival is in store for all age groups on the club lawns and tennis court. Plenty of games stalls, rides and the presence of popular cartoon characters are just some of the things lined up for the big day. For the teens, the dance floor is the place to be, apart from the selfie zone where one can pose with whacky props. You can choose from a wide variety of grub — Chinese and Continental to north Indian and south Indian, plus yummy desserts. A dance performance to popular Bolly numbers by children is another highlight of the day. The biggest crowd-pullers are usually the snow pool, boating in the club swimming pool, fireworks in the evening and, of course, Santa Claus, who will come toting his big bag of goodies.
Dress code: None.
Entry: Free for members.
Club speak: “This day is not just for children but for the entire family, since the children are left out of Christmas Eve and New Year Eve celebrations. This year there are lots of new activities to look forward to. It’s the perfect family day out,” said Sanjeev Ghosh, corporate general manager, Spring, Space and Circle clubs.
